For the past few days, I haven't been feeling like myself. Not like I'm sick, just not me.
I started to wonder if Spirit was trying to contact me. I wondered if I was feeling something from Spirit, energy that wasn't mine. But that's when I got a vision of my chakras, full of energetic sludge.
Now, yes, I know better than to let my chakras get clogged with negative energy, etc. It is like what one Healer told me during an energy session. He said, "Healer, heal thyself."
I admit that I tend to concentrate more on helping and healing others in my life. I don't always put myself or my energetic health first. But, just like you, I need to take care of myself so that I can properly take care of others.
I took a few minutes this morning after I woke up. I grabbed two of my crystals that I like to work with while clearing my chakras: kyanite and tibetan quartz. Placing the crystals on each of my chakras, one at a time, I used both Reiki and other Energy Healing techniques that I have developed over time to clear each chakra. I envisioned all of the blackness and energetic sludge being lifted and sucked out of each chakra, like an energetic vacuum. I also envisioned that negative energy being taken up to God where it will be turned into positive energy for the world. :)
After I cleared my chakras, I felt so much better! I felt lighter, happier, my thoughts were clearer. It is an awesome feeling!
We experience energy every day. Good, bad, positive, negative, it all effects us in one way or another. Sometimes that energy, whether it be from stress, illness, being around negativity, toxins, etc., can stick to us. Our auras, our chakras, everything can get clogged with that darkness, that energetic sludge. We all need to have our chakras and auras cleared to stay healthy and to be and feel like our best selves.
When I send Distance Energy Healings, I am able to see that energy in others. I can see and feel what and where needs to be cleansed and keep using the Energy Healing until everything is clear and running well again. It also allows me to see what issues they need to work on in their lives and at times my guides give me homework to pass onto my clients to help everything to continue to heal and run well.
