Messages From Spirit Reading: Howard aka "Bud"

Today I did another Messages From Spirit Reading for my family member, Dorothy.  She wanted to hear from her father Howard, whom everyone called Bud.  She wanted this reading to be for her daughter Kristin.  Although Dorothy and Kristin are family, I do not have any childhood memories of Bud and neither told me any information about him.

The following is my reading with Bud.

I am seeing a train set, a train set around the Christmas tree, a conductor's hat, a remote control and Bud smiling. I am hearing the word "season" and jingle bells ringing. "Christmas was my favorite time of the year, especially watching the grandchildren open the presents." I am hearing "fabricating" and "castle", seeing him building some sort of toy structure with a boy, Cody, Lincoln Logs, I'm seeing him on the floor building with Lincoln Logs.

"Kristin wanted me to play dress up", I feel him joking around. Seeing Barbie dolls and frilly dresses. Teacup. "Play pretend".

"Love the new furniture". Hearing "sofa", "chair", "ottoman".

"I enjoy watching Kristin grow into a beautiful young lady. Cody. Cody will find his way. Some hard knocks in life but he will get up off the ground, he is a fighter, but this time he will fight for his life to be good again, to be strong, healthy. Excellent young man, strong, he will make it, no doubt."

He is talking about Kristin's relationship, saying she has a good man. I see and hear him saying the word "marriage?" with a smile, with a little laugh. I see him standing behind them patting Kristin and her boyfriend on the back. Big smile, proud. Very proud. "You keep working hard and you'll get everything you want out of life."

"I miss you all. I do. But I'm around. I'll always be around. Give me a call, I'll hear you."

I am seeing him again as the conductor of a train set, sitting on the floor with remote, smiling as it rounds the track. He is happy. Carefree.

I am seeing and hearing the name "Michael" and "Micky". I am hearing "up the smoke stack". Was he cremated? Hearing "Howard" and "up the smokestack" and "final resting place is home". "Beautiful thing. Always with family".

I am really feeling him carefree, like he doesn't have much to say, just happy and watching over you all.

"They know I love them, they feel it. Nothing more to say about that."

I am seeing him in the picture with Dorothy in my mind's eye. "Always liked that suit". Smiles. "Good picture with my daughter. She was always beautiful. Proud of her and her discoveries in life. Finding herself, finding her home, her companion, her happiness. She's doing very well for herself I see that".

I am hearing the word "costume". I see Dorothy holding Kristin as a baby. She has on some sort of animals suit. A bunny? I am seeing it like it is a picture somewhere. Mentioning this picture. "Cute".

"Tell her her Pop (not sure if he said Pop Pop) loves her. Love them both. Love them all."

He appreciates the prayers that continue to be said for him, to him. "Thank you".

"Wallet and keys," he laughs, "help me find my wallet and keys."

Did you keep some of his clothes too? Seeing brown dress shoes. Not sure if he is saying you have them or that he like them?

I looked at the picture again and I thought "Cody looks like you a little" and he said "Proud of it, he's going to be a good man once he grows up."

I am hearing the word "treasure". Then the song "Treasure" by Bruno Mars plays in my head, just, "treasure, that is what you are..." then it stops.

He is showing me grass and an old lawnmower. "She know what that means". Laughs. "Clear the leaves first". Smiles. "Have Michael (or Micky) do it."

"Glasses. Glasses by the bed side table. I used to drive your mother crazy. She can laugh about it now."

I am seeing him sitting on a couch or comfy chair, feet up, watching TV. Either NASCAR or sports of some sort, remote in hand. This appears to be a happy memory for him. "One that you will remember seeing often." He smiles.

"Kristin is a treasure". Hearing "sweet baby doll" or "sweet baby girl". "She is finding her strength. Really growing in this relationship and at her job. So proud of her. She is going to make it in this world. And I'll be there to watch her do it."

I am seeing him give Kristin a big hug and kiss on the cheek. And hearing "and to Dorothy too. A strong handshake and manly hug to Cody". He laughs. "Love them all so much. My wife, sending love to her too."

"Tell them for me. Share this with them. Thank you."

"I could hang around all day but I don't have much more to say. Give them (or send them) my love and thanks for everything. I'll be there for them. They were always there for me. Through Jesus, we love one another and always will."

I said, "God Bless you Bud and thank you for communicating with me today." And with that, our communication ended.

I hope and pray that Dorothy, Kristin, Cody and the whole family find meaning and love in Bud's messages to them. I look forward to any and all validations and feedback on this reading from them. Once again, I am thankful that Dorothy came to me to reach a loved one in Spirit. I am honored and thankful to be able to be just a small part of that love and communication process.

God Bless xo

In Love and Light,

Lisa Marie

  1. Thank you Lisa I was truly amazed by your reading. We had a train set when I was a little girl, Dad would run it around and around for my bother and I. He sure did love Christmas and watch the kids open presents them they would all run to Poppy (that's what they called him) and have him put the toys together so they could play. I do remember him and Cody on the floor building with Lincoln Logs don't know if it was a castle. Kristin would also play dress up and he would watch her model her outfits and she would call herself Sara. Mom did get new furniture shortly after he passed glad he likes it. It was great to hear the things he said about Kristin and Cody. It would be something that he would say, I know that they wil be grateful to hear that from him. I know I am. He was cremated and I can hear him joking about him going up the smokestack. I do pray for him and talk to him in fact it was me that was looking for my wallet and car keys no to long ago and asked him what he did with them. I always ask him to help me with things and what to do when I need it. I did keep some of his T-shirts and I am not sure about the shoes. The grass was him telling me that he knows I keep up on the lawn for mom because I knew that was something that he would want and I didn't clean the leaves up this fall, I will have to do it this spring. I have no idea who Michael or Micky are but I could use his help with the yard :).
Mom doesn't remember about the glasses and he never watched NASCAR or sports but my bother watches them. It was so nice to hear all the things he had to say I will pass this on to Kristin I also wrote the entire reading to Cody so he will know that his Poppy is looking out for him and he knows his troubles and will help him. I can't tell you how happy I am about that. Thank you again Lisa I hope that this is what you were hoping to hear.

    1. Dorothy,
I am so happy and so thankful that you were able to validate so many messages from your dad! :) And I must thank you for being so thorough and honest with what did and did not mean something. Maybe some of the messages that currently don't mean anything will in time, who knows? Anyway, thank you again and I am happy I was able to help pass on your dad's messages to you and your family! xo
