I sat in my Healing Space, holding my crystal and visualizing this man in my mind. Immediately, I saw a black sludge-like energy covering his nose, mouth, neck, chest and stomach. Using Healing Energy, I broke down the sludge and got rid of it, sort of peeling it off. I felt him take a deep, freeing breath.
What do I do with the negative energy I come across? Personally, I break it down with Healing Energy and mentally put it in a bag that is quickly sent to God for Him to turn into positive energy for the world. Other Healers may handle it differently, but this is the way that I found to effectively take care of that negativity.
Next I saw his energy cradling a baby then pointing to his knees and back. I realized that he was babying his knees and back due to the tremendous pain he was feeling. He was trying not to overuse them or put additional stress on them.
I heard and saw "green sludge" covering his knees. His energy turned around revealing additional black sludge on his mid to lower back extending down to his tailbone. Once again, I used Healing Energy to break down the green and black sludge and sent it up to God.
I sent him Reiki for the next 4 days to help him heal. But, instinctively I knew that he really needed to be protected from additional negativity and energetic sludge during this very vulnerable healing time. So, I also asked that his angels and guides protect him and I helped form an energetic barrier around him.
This green and black energetic sludge is just one way that pain and illness can energetically present itself. But, it really gives you the idea of what is going on in your body when that energy, which should be flowing free, has turned into a gloppy, nasty, negative sludge. It is also possible for negative entities to attach themselves to you and cause a thick blackness. But that was not what happened to my client, thankfully.
How do we get a build up of negative energetic etheric sludge? Unhealthy eating, unhealthy habits or addictions, lack of sleep for extended periods of time, a lot of stress, illnesses, pain, etc. All of these things can cause blockages in your energy that become that negative sludge over time. If you do not get your energy cleared, it can continue to cause you harm or worsen.
If any lesson can be learned from reading about this sludge, it is that you should not only protect yourself, but make sure you take the time to clear your energy or have a Healer, like myself, do it for you. Protecting yourself means trying to do things like eat well, exercise, stay positive and healthy, protect yourself energetically with the white light of God's love...whatever works for you!
